Super Lawyers Selects Robert Epstein for Eighth Year of Recognition

Following Dallas family lawyer Robert Epstein’s selection to The Best Lawyers in America last month, Robert is once again being recognized by another peer-selected list of outstanding attorneys: Texas Super Lawyers. He was selected to the 2024 edition for his work in family law.

This is Robert’s sixth year on Super Lawyers; he was previously named to the publication’s listing of up-and-coming attorneys, Super Lawyers: Rising Stars, for two years.

“I’m grateful to continue to be included on these types of publications, especially because family law is so personal,” Robert said. “Knowing that others consider me worthy of handling their most sensitive matters is a great honor.”

No case is too big, too small, or too complex for the Epstein Family Law founder. While Robert always strives to reach favorable agreements with the other side in negotiating solutions—especially when children are involved—he is not afraid to advocate for his clients in contentious situations. Indeed, he is no stranger to litigation, having navigated high-net-worth divorces to ensure estates are protected.

Robert regularly addresses family law matters on his firm’s blog, where he and associate Jordan Watson provide their perspectives on everything from co-parenting best practices to property division and disability issues.

To earn a spot on the annual Super Lawyers rankings, attorneys must first be entered into the candidate pool through nominations or via Super Lawyers research. Candidates are then evaluated according to a 12-point framework of professionalism. After that, the highest-scoring peers within the legal profession are asked to evaluate other candidates, resulting in only 5% of attorneys earning a selection to the region’s list.
